We are dedicated to ensuring that your Rilam Beauti products reach you in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Shipping methods and packaging are eco-friendly to reflect our commitment to sustainability.

Return & Exchange Policy:
At Rilam Beauti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return or exchange policy.

A refund will also be issued if any Rilam Beauti products were damaged upon arrival. Photos of damages must be emailed within 24 hours of receiving your products. You may also receive a replacement product of the same price in place of a refund. Please keep in mind these products (especially the lip balms) are made with natural oils that will melt when left in very hot environments. Do not leave your product(s) in your car. Any preventable incidents like this are not qualified for a refund.
